Simply fill out the direct debit application form then hand it in to a receptionist or post it to the address on the application form. There is a one off joining fee of £15 per person; this is taken with the first monthly payment.

All members are entitled to necessary care and treatment in an emergency during normal surgery hours. Fees apply.

Dental plan members receive worldwide dental accident and emergency insurance giving you peace of mind while travelling both in the UK and abroad.

We always want to have satisfied patients. If you have any problems please contact the Practice Manager who is our complaints office. The dentists and team will do our best to resolve them. We have a practice complaints procedure, which deal with any complaints about the membership or any carer and treatment we provide under it
